Yes, absolutely. But just like it’s better to make regular visits to your doctor to avoid health complications, it’s better to address and plan for technology issues before they occur.
Do you require a long-term commitment?
Not with every service. The services that do require a commitment, require us to make one ourselves to the vendors utilized.
Will you still come out to my office, or is this all remote?
We can still come out if needed. But the idea of managed service is to prevent the need to visit your office. If we are doing our job properly, you will probably forget we exist.
How can I confirm that you are doing the work you promise?
We provide detailed reports on a monthly basis and quarterly review calls to go over services rendered as well as to strategize for the future.
